Description
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia - Environmental Protection (Western Swamp Tortoise Habitat) Policy 2011. This policy protects the habitat of the Western Swamp Tortoise by declaring beneficial uses that are to be protected and aims to ensure management activities within the policy area do not adversely impact on the habitat or these beneficial uses. These boundaries were gazetted and enacted with the original policy on the 14 Feb 2012.
