Land Tenure (de-identified) (LGATE-457)

This dataset should be used in place of Land Tenure (LGATE-226) where data users do not require proprietor names for their business purposes. Information contained within this dataset is not subject to the same strict regulatory compliance measures as Land Tenure (LGATE-226). This dataset contains cadastral polygons, related certificate of title (vol/fol) numbers and document details affecting the last change of land ownership. This layer also contains strata property details along with full property street address information in Australian Standard (AS4590) and text string formats. The data contained within this layer is sourced from Western Australia's digital Land Registry and the authoritative property street address dataset maintained by Landgate. __ NOTE: This product is for information purposes only and is not guaranteed.
