CPS2 Additional Use Areas

This dataset contains spatial boundaries for Additional Use Areas relating to the City of Perth Planning Scheme No.2Under Clause 19 of the City Planning Scheme No.2 the City may allow an “additional use” for a specific lot/s. The use is a prohibited use in the precinct in which the lot is located, but due to its listing in Schedule 5 becomes a contemplated use.
