CPS2 Normalised Areas

This dataset depicts Normalised Redevelopment Areas under the City of Perth City Planning Scheme No.2.Normalised Redevelopment Areas are a land classification under the City Planning Scheme. They are areas of the City that have previously been under the planning control of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority but have since been “normalised” back to the City.The planning provisions for these areas are contained in Local Planning Scheme No. 26.
