Description
Identified boundarys of dead tenements subject to a Restoration application. Under Sec 97A Mining Act 1978 Where a mining tenement is forfeited under or by virtue of section 96, 96A or 97 a person who was, immediately prior to the forfeiture, the holder of the tenement concerned may apply for the mining tenement to be restored to him and the forfeiture cancelled.
